Studies and manufacturing

Another sector of competence (now in an initial phase but in development) of the Studio is represented by the realization of different kinds of prototypes: from the construction of a specimen (starting from zero), arriving to the realization of models. .

R E C O R D - B I C Y C L E
Regarding the prototype realized from zero, an example of this is the aerodynamic record's bicycle, for speed track's competitions like "launched kilometer", in which aerodynamics reigned supreme. For the definition of this bicycle, an appropriate study of the frame's geometries, cyclist's position on the saddle and other base's features verified in the progress of the evolution of the prototype.
During these phases, besides, the Studio has attempted to realize a bicycle respecteful of the rules of that period for the track's competition different from the speed race (e.g. the Hour Record), excluding the aerodynamical fairing, forbidden by the International Federation.
Once designed, the Studio has realized the body structure of the bicycle model in some steps, with different materials, increasingly smooth and sharp, arriving to obtain the final shape definied on the project. Then, from the model has been derived a single extraction's print, from which the definitive body structure is derived, ready for finishing. An appropriate aesthetic study of the colours allows the complete refining of the bicycle. .

BENELLI 125 G.P.
Regarding the sector of the "special", the Studio is at the disposition of those fans who intend to carry out aesthetic (or not) elaborations on cars, motor-bikes, bicycles, etc..of every type, looking to favour as far as possible the customer's requests. This is also the case for faithful restoring of originals. An example of this last typology of sector can be noticed on the motor-bike Benelli 125 2C transformed in Grand Prix bike of the early Seventies. The modifications brought on the bike all refer to that period, official livery of the factory in the years of Pasolini, Carruthers, too. The result is a motor-bike as a hypotesis of the one that could has been an official Benelli 125 GP of epoch, with the exclusivity of a one-off.
